Everything was fine. The room was new-fashioned. The location in a splendid area was perfect. There was a main shopping street nearby. The Fish Express fast-food restaurant was located just a 10-minute walk away. We had a fabulous meal in the hotel restaurant.

The staff was very very helpful and gave some great recommendations. Location: the hotel was really close to the beach, sea gardens and the main pedestrian area with shops, bars and restaurants, the 2 main streets and the South Bus Station and the Train Station.
The staff was not very friendly.

The room we booked was brand-new and spacious with 2 separate beds. The employees of the hotel were really kind.

We were pleasantly surprised by the spacious and well-furnished studio at Luxor. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the linen was of high quality. The daily cleaning service with fresh towels was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we appreciated the hotel staff's efforts to assist with parking, even without official parking facilities. we had a great experience at Luxor.

I found the staff to be very friendly and very helpful and the service very good. The hotel itself was kept very clean and tidy and in excellent condition. My wife and I will stay there again.
Poor choice on the menu in the restaurant.

The hotel is in a convenient location as it is just a 5-minute walk to the city centre, the train station and the Sea Gardens. The room was clean and comfortable and the wi-fi was free and fast.
The staff could have been more welcoming.

The location is close to the South bus station, good access to Nesebar or Sofia..etc. And Room is clean and quiet,Shower is so nice.
I did not understand that they charged 170Lv for 2nights in a double room with breakfast.the price was different from the price on "Booked.net."it was much expensive!! I did not like a vulgar uniform of the waitress on the first floor, and some of them did not have good manner...vulgar behavior... Breakfast is ok,thought, the Carbonara ordered for dinner was like Scrambled egg, very bad,,,,

The people are not so friendly. They don't have enough information about the city and the place. The hotel management charge for the safe. The restaurant has only italian kitchen no futher.

The beach is very close and you can walk all the way along till the end, would be nicer in hotter weather. Nice garden to walk through too at beach, but was under a lot of constrution work when I was there.
Staff really nice and friendly, the resturant attached to the hotel is very good value for money.

I enjoyed my Christmas stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and clean, offering a comfortable and cozy environment to relax in during my trip. The location was great, with key destinations like the beach and local shops all within walking distance. The breakfast served was tasty and filling, providing a good start to each day.
There were a few downsides to my stay. The walls between rooms were quite thin, meaning I could hear noise from neighboring guests quite easily.

Good location, 2 min walk to the central street and to the beach (opposite direction). Clean. Good restaurant on ground floor.
The hotel positions itself as 4-star, though in reality it is typical 3-star

Very nice environment very close to the center and bus station; close to the street as well but not noisy at all. Clean room, good food. Kind and professional staff, helpful.
